  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 pound fettuccine
  • 1 cup roasted shelled pistachios
  • 3/4 cup fresh basil leaves, plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon

Elevate your pesto game with this pistachio version that will mix perfectly with your favorite pasta

Preparation Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the garlic
  2. Zest and juice the lemon
  3. Grate the parmesan
  4. Place the the pistachios, basil, olive oil, parmesan, garlic, lemon zest and juice and some salt and pepper in a food processor or in a manual grinder
  5. Process or grind until well combined
  6. Serve with pasta of choice or on a toast for a bruschetta
